The Pellet Extrusion system was developed through a partnership with materials experts Push Plastic and is compatible with all of Titan’s Atlas 3D printer models. The high flow-rate, large aperture pellet extruder allows for increased production speed of large parts and expands the number of materials that can be 3D printed on the Atlas. The pellet extrusion system can reach maximum extrusion rates of 18 lbs per hour and reduces material costs ten-fold. The pellet extruder is available for all Atlas 3D printer models in an open-air environment or inside of a heated chamber for printing with high temperature and exotic plastics.
